You’ve invested time, energy & care into becoming the kind of therapist who makes a real difference… But when you sit across from a client, it’s easy to wonder… “Am I doing what matters most? “ “What really helps?” “How do I become the best therapist I can be, all the while enjoying the process & not falling into perfectionism?”

A Glimpse into the Seminar...
In this seminar, we’ll explore decades of research on therapist effects - what we know about how you (the therapist) shape client outcomes. We’ll also take a closer look at the lives & qualities of master therapists; those trusted, highly effective clinicians who have sustained both their skill & their passion for the work over decades. Together, we’ll explore... • What “therapist effects” are & why they matter. • The characteristics that set master therapists apart, so you can decide which you’d like to cultivate in your own work. • How reflecting on your own development can boost your confidence, impact, & clinical satisfaction. • What to keep front & centre in your mind, no matter where you are in your career.
This isn't about perfection.
It’s about staying connected to the heart of the work & honing in on the areas of growth that will make the biggest difference in your practice.
